Information you provide
When you request an estimate or book an appointment, the website collects the details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email, project location, appointment preferences, notes and uploaded project photos. Hucks Construction uses this information to respond, plan work and manage appointments.
JobForge accounts and records
If you use JobForge, account information and records you enter can include company details, customers, projects, forms, photos, signatures, invoices, expenses and team information. Access depends on your account and company permissions. Only upload information you are authorized to use.
Services that process information
The website uses Netlify for hosting and estimate form handling, Supabase for JobForge account and database services, and Stripe for subscription checkout and billing. Information needed to provide a feature is processed through the services supporting that feature. Stripe handles payment card entry through its checkout pages. Links to Facebook and other external services are governed by those services’ own policies.
Browser storage and technical information
JobForge uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences and some local workspace or demo state. Hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove locally stored work.
Your choices and requests
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact john@hucksbuilt.com or call 417-317-4938. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not email passwords or payment card details. Identity or company authorization may need to be verified. Some records may need to be retained for project, billing, accounting or legal purposes.
Sharing project photos
Do not upload private documents, account passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Contact John before submitting photos that include people or details you do not want included in a project record.

Optional JobForge AI assistant
When you use the AI assistant, your question and relevant records within your account access may be sent to OpenAI to produce an answer or proposed change. This may include job, customer, form and financial information. Uploaded project photos are stored in JobForge; this assistant release does not send their image contents for AI review. Assistant changes require approval and retain a record of the proposal and result. Do not enter passwords or API keys in assistant chat.
